Available Funds for PA-BCERF Programming |
Funds are available to support PA-BCERF programming by NALIC coalitions and clinic sites participating in the PA-BCERF project.
Each coalition or clinic may spend up to $250.00 for PA-BCERF related projects before September 1, 2000. The money must be utilized for PA-BCERF program expenses.
One of the following must be done in order for the $250.00 to be utilized.
1. Extension office purchases items from their "Special Fund". The coalition or clinic provides the original (not faxed or photocopied) invoice to the PA-BCERF/NALIC Office with a letter (a form letter follows) asking for reimbursement to that fund.
2. The clinic or another coalition organization (not an individual) purchases items. The coalition provides the original (not faxed or photocopied) invoice to the PA-BCERF/NALIC Office with a letter (a form letter follows) asking for reimbursement to that fund.
3. The coalition or clinic requests an estimate from the vendor and faxes the estimate to the PA-BCERF/NALIC office for a purchase order. The purchase order is typed and mailed back to the coalition for purchase. (Be certain that the business will accept a Penn State Purchase Order).
Each coalition and clinic should keep track of their own budget.
PA-BCERF staff request that you use as few vendors as possible for your purchases to reduce paperwork.
